Hi everyone. Sorry to ask again for advice. I have these two stamps below that I cannot work out. The one the left is imperforate but I am not sure if it is meant to be (Maybe a bad cut out?) The other one has two side imperf - again maybe a bad cutout. Could these be postal stationery stamps perhaps?

Thanks
Jane

I believe the left is an Austrian newspaper stamp. The right is trimmed.

Hi Jane;

Your left stamp is an Austrian Newspaper stamp; either P9 or P9B. Looks like type III, P9B, but maybe an Austrian specialist will know more than I do on these issues.

The stamp on the right is just damaged copy of a French stamp, probably not worth much in that condition. 'N' under the 'U' means type II I think.
