I cannot find these stamps in my catalogues or the identifier at the back - can anyone help, please. They appear to be eastern Europe????? (westporter)

These stamps are from Albania and are unauthorized. There is a small note after Albania # 140 in my Scott 2010 catalogue

Albania. See the note in Scott around the 1921 listings. "Unauthorized ... never placed in use ... common".

In Michel it is just mentioned on as Mirditische Republik, Porto, but under photo is notice, that this issue is probably propaganda issue! (mean privat issue).
