I am beginning my "first" search into Scott International Catalogs. Didn't find anything on Amazon and do not understand the selling on ebay.
I saw several listings for some Italy pages (pages only?) How would one know what they are getting and not getting?
Any and all relevant advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about the fellow on ebay who cuts up the catalogs and sells the pages one country at a time? I think the name is chirokmd. If that's it, I've bought from him (Ireland pages) and they were in perfect condition.
If you're talking about the pages from the International albums, I don't know as I don't use albums. Sorry I can't help you there.
