Hi Everyone,
I want to tell you about a new Exhibit just posted in the Stamporama Exhibits area by Abderrahmane Yessad. It is an excellent exhibit, produced in French, so our French speaking members will find it a real treat. Even if you don't speak French, it is an excellent exhibit, masterly produced, featuring many beautiful stamps. The stamps tell the story themselves.

Thank you Abderrahmane for sharing this with us.

Regards ... Tim.

I've looked at this exhibit and quite enjoyed it. Very well done Abderrahmane and an asset to our exhibit section. I enjoy the introductions and comments, concise and to the point but at the same time extremely informative!

Thank you so much for allowing us to view the history of Algeria through your stamp exhibit. I admit I've never taken much time to look at Algerian stamps and I'm quite amazed at how well they present the history of your country.

Well done! Thumbs Up

Hi Poodle_Mum,

Thank you for your appreciation, my approach and my goal of stamps collecting is to build educational presentations that allow both adults and children to enjoy the beauty of stamps and so attract them to our passion.

few information regarding the Algerian stamps : mostly of them are printed in low quantity.
except the definitive stamps, all the commemorative ones are printed in a quantity of
300 000 to 500 000 examplaries

regards,
Foudutimbre (stampmania)

a suggestion for the exhibit pages UI ... arrows â—€ â–¶ with links for navigation at the left and right of each image. i got the idea from the piapro UI (e.g., http://piapro.jp/t/aB6o).

Moderator's query: George, I fail to see the relevance of the provided link. Of course, I do not read Japanese, which may be part of my problem. Please explain the significance of the link and provide an English translation for those of us who cannot read the language.

oops didn't realize there was a message here. um, neither the japanese text nor the image displayed is relevant. (of course i wouldn't assume anyone knows japanese on an english forum! Surprise) sorry if i wasn't clear.

i'm merely pointing out the size and position of the arrows at the left and right of the image which allow you to navigate through an ordered sequences of images.

currently the exhibits section has tiny left and right links at the bottom of the page. i'm suggesting it would be easier to use if they were large and at the left and right of the image like on piapro.

the area you have to aim for to click is much larger so you don't need to be as accurate. for someone with perennial rsi problems like me Sad it's much easier if i don't need to be as accurate.
