This one of similar quality was printed in Guatemala..possibly by a German printer there !
look in the top left corner and you see the number in the series for each card
i see them ! i thought the Guatemala card might have been from there since the address side was in Spanish..but it appears to be printed in Munich !!
I recall reading in one of my wife's postcard books that around the beginning of the Twentieth Century almost all such quality colorful post cards were printed in Germany.
Germany has long been a center of quality printing AND one of the largest manufacturers of quality presses.
When you see the prices for some of them on eBay i think i did quite well...i got the Ned Indies for 10 bucks and the Guatemala at the Sarasota show for 12 bucks..both very clean !
I don't remember when as I am getting forgetful, but at one time I ran across a number of these for different countries and a series of collectors who would get the cards and then make a display for their collection where they mounted the card and then below it all of the stamps from that card in the same order so as to duplicate the card. As I recall some were very easy to complete and others fairly difficult. It made for a nice looking display.

I have this version from the same series:
You can probably see why I bought this one:
It is possible that the cancellation date may indicate approximately when these where produced.
I did not really find much in the way of Netherlands Indies airmails at the show Saturday..my wife was talking to a dealer and when i saw this card in his counter book i had to have it. It was printed in Germany probably some time ago but its in brand new condition !
