It makes sense to proceed with caution, Kelly. This applies to any area in turmoil, be it a creation of man or nature. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, I would certainly have not forwarded anything to New Orleans (humanitarian goods excepted). Even absent the unrest, I do not ship to a lot of countries (including the Ukraine) as even under the best conditions, their postal service is either unreliable or vulnerable to theft.
I'm not exactly sure which topic this belongs and if it belongs off-topic, I'll move it there.
I've done a lot of business with individuals in areas of Ukraine as well as other areas that are currently in the throes of war. Has anyone else questioned due to recent events of the past month to put such trades/buying/selling on hold with individuals in these areas? Not due to your relationship of business with the individuals but due to the instability of the regions (ie will our packages arrive or be sent?, etc). I know we have members here from various areas that under duress and I'm wondering how everyone is approaching this issue at this time.
