Hello All,

I know this is weird question, but I am going to toss it into the ring anyway.
I have a nice wood desk here (wood top) covered by a glass plate. A while back I
cleared off my desk, lifted the glass and carefully placed a few of my favorite
mini sheets on the desk.

Over time however, the sheets have moved all over the place, my wife commenting
that it's air getting in between the desktop and the glass. I want to find a
way to secure them without messing up my desk top.

Any suggestions, or live with it?

Thanks
Clayton

Did you simply put the sheets loose against the desk and glass?

I have seen similar desks where a felt cover is put on the desktop. Then the stamps are put in a black mount, arrange the sheets, and place the glass cover on top. The felt will keep the stamps from moving, and the mounts will help keep UV light from damaging the stamps.

Michael has come up with an idea better than I could have come up with. Just wanted to add that one often associates the color green with felt and desks, but I suspect a black felt might be more attractive. One could even go with a brighter background color of red or orange and then matte the sheets with black felt for a fancy effect.
