I realise that it is not done to mention other discussion boards - but for Aussie Kangaroos (and George V sidefaces) I just have to mention the tutorials on Stampboards.com.
You need to know that the traffic on this site is extremely heavy, and it may take you some time to find the right thread. The board is based in Australia, and there are extremely knowledgeable collectors( and dealers ) there. In fact for your purposes it might well be a case of "too much information"- people can go into extremely minute detail. Also participants are expected to supply pictures, so there are excellent illustrations available.
It doesn't suit everyone, as having a number of Aussies aboard the discussions are a tad robust - even rude at times, and some members are a bit impatient with beginners, it is not as gentlemanly as stamporama! - if you are a bit delicate read and don't participate!

Is there a good reference material on-line for the different dies of the Australian Kangaroo stamps? Looking for actual pictures of the different dies. It can be difficult to understand what to look for based on just a written description.
