There is no shortcut, Carl. You have to edit each page in your approval book and reduce the price on each page separately.

Hey! Bobby! not looking for a shortcut. just want to know how to do it. Do I just reduce the price & and the little stack of money symbol automatically comes up?

re: Reduced price thingee?

While setting up a New Approval Book, I accidentally entered the wrong price, $10 instead of $0.10. Spotted it as as I was proofreading. When I made the correction, even before the book was activated, that "reduced price thingee" (thanks Carl for the name..Big Grin) was activated. Only changed one price on one page..which really was a correction. Was never my intention to post or show a price reduction...and yet, it shows as if I did.
Hope no one abuses of this marketing capability! Also, shouldn't the "reduced price thingee" show when a substantial number of pages have a reduced price, not just one? And shouldn't it appear after the book is Activated for the first time and not while putting it together? (although I realize this may require some nasty software code writing).?
