#109 - I have a 3cent. Scott lists perfs of 12x12 but I have one mint 8 x 12 (VxH) - again the provenance is viable. Is this possible?

Perforations are listed with horizontal measurement first. Your perf 12x8 is probably Canada #184 in the Scott catalog.
Batches of unused stamps with no gum from that era are typically those extracted from collections that had mint stamps stuck down to the album page and had to be soaked off.

#104 - we have a copy of this that appears to have no glue but is mint. Under a microscope everything looks right and the provenance is viable but there appears to be no glue - is this possible - I can find no listing. Out of this collection I have several Admirals that are mint with no glue
