I need help in identifying (and valuing) these items. A translation for ENTR'AIDE is "mutual assistance." There is a UNESCO symbol at UR and 20f value in lower right. They have 2 different perforations, so I suspect they were issued at different times. There is no issuing country name on the item so I suspect these are Cinderellas. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
