I didn't expect a winning guess on the first clue, so let's try another one to get the blood flowing.
Good luck!!!!

Something from Japan?
(Answer submitted by the originator of the request for MSQ for Idiots)
Sorry, without saying that is the right country OR NOT, there needs to be a positive identification to win. However, I will say that your guess is at least from the correct side of the globe.
Here is another great clue get everyone even more excited about your quest.

Golly-gee-ned-howdy, this MSQ for Idiots seems to be more complicated than the original MSQ's were. OK, let's throw another log on the fire, even if it might just be a different log. hahahaha
That's just great, some moron blacked out all of the really good stuff, I think.
No, no, I looked a little closer and there is actually to'o much information showing here.
That last one is the most helpful yet. Can't wait to get home and search my catalogs.
Alright, this is getting crazy, with 123 views of this discussion and only one partial guess I might just have to put a bigger clue up. Let's see if that helps. This clue was slated to be one of the very last, if needed, but I think it's needed now, not later. LOL
Oh snap, someone put those silly Black spots in there again. Someone is a real sicko messing things up like that.
BTW, good luck!

Hooray for Kelly!!! Congratulations, you got the stamps right, but the actual prize is the booklet pane, SCN 1025b, but couldn't know that's where the scans came from and I couldn't indicate that in the clues.
Congratulations again Kelly!

OK, we've done pretty good, so far, with a few members that garnered the honor of "winning" the title for that particular quiz, so let's do a change-up here. This MSQ winner will actually win a prize, with that being the item or items identified. I don't have an idea of the value of this item, but am sure it is worth many thousands of Ziarna ryżu lub.
You do not have to be an idiot to participate, everyone is eligible to play. Now the rules, especially for those unfamiliar with the Mystery Stamp Quiz - for Idiots.
1. Any way to positively identify the item is all that is needed for an answer. A catalog number is the simplest, or the item by any other method, such as the year, along with what is commemorated or depicted, or even a scan of the item will do.
Oh, I had to verify the item in the catalog and discovered the value, which is not all that high, but still a nice item to win and also to have the honor of being a WINNER!
The clues are enlargements of the item and may, or may not, have some Blacked out spots covering vital(?) information. Another clue for you is that there are multiple stamps in this quiz, so every clue may not be from the same stamp.
Good luck!!!!
Mike
