I found this among Austrian stamps, but I can't find it in the SCOTT catalog. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Connie,

Can be found under Bosnia & Herzegovina; presumably also see back of Scott catalog listing of stamps without country identification.

In spite of the damage to the stamp, don't throw it away. That is a nice clear cancel of Ljubuski, which you don't find every day.
