Scott 3 and 2.
Neither is a counterfeit.

One sign of a genuine stamp usually can be told by looking at the flower at the top apex of the triangle. If it is complete like on your two examples, that's a good sign that the stamp is genuine. The flower on the forgeries is usually defective. If the flower is not visible due to a cancellation mark, compare the lettering. Several letters on the counterfeits are usually defective as well.
It's worth investing a few bucks on this little book.

I'm never comfortable identifying the triangle stamps of the Cape of Good Hope; can someone help me type these please? Especially how to tell if these are counterfeit, which Scott notes are plentiful for these issues.
Thanks.
