Michael
When you are navigating from page to page, do you use the "back" button? In our testing process we found that using the "back" button in your browser screws everything up (page order, # of pages, etc.).
If this is not your problem, then it could be that you did not save each page correctly during the construction process. Or you have inadvertently left one or more pages inactive while activating the others.
If there is a size problem with the scans, it will tell you so during the upload process. It doesn't sound like that is the issue.
Since you already have the scans done, and all pages are ready, you might be best served by just abandoning that book, and starting over.
I think a little more investigation is needed. The "Approvals" are in a early stage and any technical challenges should be worked through to the resolved state for future reference.
Michael,
The issue will be that the pages are still in "Inactive" mode. There are two scenarios that can cause this:
1. When setting up a page you get to the Image Upload screen and realize that you made a mistake on the first screen and you pressed the Back button on the browser to go back to fix it. Doing this will leave the first page as an inactive page and it will create a second page with the corrected data. So in this scenario you have a duplicate page sitting in "Inactive" status.
2. The second scenario is where you get all the way through to the Confirmation Screen (the third screen) and for some reason don't press the Save button or the Save and Start Next button. It is the pressing of one of these Save buttons that changes the status of the Page to "Active".
You can see that a Page is in "Inactive" status when you go into the Edit/View function. Inactive Pages have a bright red message at the top of the screen stating that the Page is inactive.
If you want to make the Inactive Page into an Active Page, go into the Edit/View function, press the Edit Pages button and navigate to the Page that you want to activate. Check that the information is correct and that the image showing is the correct image (you must have an image), and press the Save button at the bottom of the screen. Pressing the Save button will activate the Page.
Please let me know if you are still having problems.
Regards ... Tim.
Thanks, Tim. Looks like I did everything correct, except that I didn't save each page individually. I thought hitting the save button saved the entire book. I went back t the book and saved each page. Now all 5 pages display, as they should.
There is one thing, though. I had deleted page 4, and it shows in the edit mode that I have 6 pages. When I page through the book, it goes from 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6. I don't know if this is intended.
Bobby, I do intend to delete the entire book. This is just a test run for me to see how I want to organize my books, learn how the system works, and how much time it will take me to do this. To summarize:
how I want to organize my books
how the system works
how much time it will take - (about 1/3 the time of putting up single stamps)
Michael,
under edit pages, should also find a change page number function. As long as there are no sales, you can renumber pages. Renumber page 6 into 4 and you are good.
Look forward to your first book. As for the time: I think you are right measuring it against the auction, i.e., comparing time to make and upload a page of twenty stamps against twenty individual listings in the auction.
Arno
That did it, thanks. If one has a book of many pages in Scott order, it would mess up the order to take the last page and change the page number like that. It also would take a long time to change the page number on each page following the page that was deleted.
Several pages in one of my books have had all the stamps purchased ,can I delete these pages?what happens to the numbering on the remaining pages some of which have had stamps purchased off of them.
It seems pointless to show pages were none of the stamps are available to purchase.
Brian
I would not delete the pages. I would wait until most of the book is sold then "Retire" the book. this allows the buyer to still be able to view their purchases.

Thanks, Liz. I wasn't aware of that. I deleted my reply with the erroneous information.
I have a test book that I am working on to get the hang of how this works. I am trying out different methods of imaging the pages with a camera and scanner.
I had three pages in the book, then I added one page, then I added two more pages. The main page for the book (on book preview) says I only had 4 pages, but I had 6. The preview did not show me pages 5 or 6. In the edit book mode, all 6 pages appeared. I then deleted page 4. The preview page said that I only had 3 pages, not 5, and only let me view 3 pages. The edit book mode said that I had 6 pages, but only showed me 5 (the correct number). Pages 4 through 6 all had a red note at the top saying "Inactive Page". The entire book is inactive, but the first three pages do not have that note.
At this time, my test book should have 5 pages. Pages 4 and 5 have the inactive note in red at the top, and only pages 1 through 3 are viewable in demo mode. I also activated the book to see if that would change the status of pages 4 and 5, but those pages did not appear. I returned my book to inactive status.
So...what did I do wrong? Could this be a size issue with pages 4 and 5? Those two pages are scans, and are less than 100 kb in size. The first three pages are from a camera and are less than 50 kb in size.
