Sorry for the bad picture. can anyone explain this stamp to me. What does this stamp depict, other than an obvious car accident? Was this a major event somewhere in Canada? Would appreciate any info. Thanks.. Clayton

This was one of four stamps issued Sept 23, 1991 in conjunction with an international convention of fire chiefs in Toronto showing four of Canada's dangerous occupations. Ski Patrol, Police (your stamp, nothing specific, a generic accident), Fire Fighting and Search and Rescue.

It's one of a set of four issued 23 September 1991 to honor Emergency services - Police
