When (as a Seller) I click on "NOTE SHIPPED") at the bottom of an invoice, does this generate an email notice of same to the Buyer? Or do I need to send a separate email instructing the Buyer that I shipped the item?

re: Seller notification of items shipped

I was about to ask this question, then saw this topic.

I have paid 5 invoices in last 7 days, so far I have not received any shipping notification emails yet. Maybe sellers have not updated status.

By the way, when I update my invoice as "paid", does seller get notification email?

re: Seller notification of items shipped

When you update your invoice as "paid", there is a box that is auto-checked to send the seller an email notice that you made payment. A buyer can uncheck it and the seller will not get the notice, but I don't know why someone would not want to let the seller know that payment was made.
