These look like Thailand Official stamps. Unfortunately I can't read Thai.

Jacques is correct, they are from Thailand and issued 1Oct1963. From left to right, using Scott catalog numbers:
#O6, 2 baht
#O4, 50 satangs
#O3, 25 satangs
By the way, the stamps as shown in your picture are actually upside-down.

It is difficult to ID those stamps with only local language, and even no any
language just numbers. Is there any way to guide stamps colletctors to ID those stamps quickly? Peter
