Yes, revenues. So the catalogue will almost certainly be Barefoot.
The fact that the inscriptions are in French (or just possibly Jerriais!) makes it pretty certain that they are pre WW2. But I will risk going a bit further. I believe revenues were first issued there just before WW1 and they were replaced by a new issue in the early 20s. Given that the catalogue numbers attributed to them here are low, but not VERY low, I would risk a small bet that they are from the second set.
Regretably my mother, who lived there between the wars, is no longer here to be asked.
