I would like to request that any members who have not visited their member information page in a while do so, and make sure everything is current. Remember, while you do not have to display any information you wish to keep private (unlike some forums), your contact information in the database has to be correct if you participate in the auctions or wish to trade with or sell to other members.

If also helps if the information you do choose to display is as detailed as possible. Your collecting interests, trading preferences, organization memberships and so forth may tweak the interest of another member and result in a trade offer or other transaction to your benefit. If you have no interest in receiving correspondence, make sure you indicate that on your profile.

To update your profile, visit the "Members Area" and click on "Edit your membership information."

re: Member information: Is yours up to date? Is it sufficiently detailed for your purposes?

thanks Bobby. Great reminder. I also just encountered a member who had entered his email and added a space where none ought to be. That was an easy error to spot (after it failed to deliver the email), but if it had been something else, I might not have been able to figure it out.

This all means that it never hurts to double check your record for accuracy in fields where errors mean no delivery.
