re: More French items need help to ID
The top three are poster stamps or cinderellas issued by the French post office (Poste, Téléphone et Télécommunications, PTT). Issued as charity to help victims of war, as the stamp states. Looks like you have 50 F, 100F, and 20F stamps. There are others in the "set" such as 0,50F, 1F and 2F with same design. This just gleaned from tidbits of info. Hopefully someone has a site somewhere with a collection.
There are similar stamps issued for WWII. If like those, the funds were collected by the PTT for the "Comité National d'assistance aux victimes."
