Hi David,she just heard from the Editor of the Europa News..they are going to publish her article on the Spartacist Games of the Balkan countries.shes quite active on Windmill Whispers and the Europa News..they ask for articles..she sends em !

Stamp dealers in Belgium and the Netherlands are using up their old denomination stamps on packets to customers...this one even used stamps from the International Court of Justice in the Hague..which are supposed to be for official use only..its nice to have a couple postally used !
