Kelly,
These are State revenues as opposed to Federal revenues and won't be in the Scott catalogue.
There is (are) catalogues for the State revenues (eg SRS Catalog). Eric Jackson os one of the foremost revenue dealers in the U.S.. Also there is the State Revenue Society (staterevenue.org).
Jacques
Thanks
So if I were to put them up for auction what would the general listing price go, any idea? I don't want them so I'm going to get rid of them, but I always like to at least have an idea of what the heck it is that I'm getting rid of!
Kelly
Kelly, post them under US and Revenues; they belong in both categories

This website:

is a great resource for studying the NY State Stock Transfer Stamps.
I found it very helpful... and I have many of them!

Looked like the tilde character disappeared when putting it in a link here.
Try substituting %7e for the tilde in the URL. (sometimes you have to use %7E)

I have the revenue catalog. Give me a few and I will post the values
I don't collect USA but I've got some stamps here that I know nothing about. I presume they are listed in the Scott US specialised. Any assistance is welcome.
