Sorting through a stack of estate finds I came across this stamp. Identified as Mi 2038, Scott 2026 Error. I cant find anything in Scott so I was wondering if anybody with a Michael catalog could check and see what it said.

The 2006 Michel V6 Eastern Europe lists the following varieties for Michel Russia #2038:
line perforation 12.5
combination perforation 12.5x12
imperforate on right
Based on the Michel price, looks like line perf is somewhat more common than comb perf. The imperf on right is the premium item.

The only thing I see different is a minor color misregistration on the top stamp, so that the coloring of the leaves at right cover up the top part of the "P" and "M".
