This Dominican Republic RA2, stamp has some mysterious perfs on it, that don't even rate a mention in Scott's, so am wondering if any of the other catalog's give the reason for the extra line of perfs.

Looks to me like you have a stamp from a sheet that went through the perforation machine twice. An interesting error.

It is quite easy to make a perforation through any stamp. I donÂ´t think it is an error.

Looks to me like you have a stamp from a sheet that went through the perforation machine twice. An interesting error.
