Are these in Scott cat? Can,t find them
Think they are Sassone #4 and #5 Croatia Local Issue Dalmatia but not sure

Lee, Scott does not list local issues.

I found them in Michel Croatian listings (Kroatien) as local issues for Dalmatia.

The 30 KN is Michel #4 - 13,500 printed (value is around $30.00 US)
The 50 KN is Michel #5 - 24,200 printed (value is around $5.00 US)

My catalog is dated. Someone with a newer catalog may have a better value for you.
