I have a full roll in container that is the phosphorus paper test coil.
I cannot find a listing for this stamp in the Scott catalog.
Can anyone help.

Hi Richaard,

You can find all the pertinent info on this stamp on the website of PNC3, the Plate Number Coil Collectors Club.
The stamp was issued on March 23, 1987, and has Scott # 2115c!
