Thanks for sharing Brady. I'll keep them in mind.

You might also try, www.showgardseconds.com. I've bought a lot of showgards here and have never found a bad spot on any of them.

I forgot to mention that these packets contain twice as many Showgards, for the same amount of money, since they are supposedly "seconds". As I reiterated previously, I have been using these "seconds" for many years and have yet to find a bad spot or flaw in any of them.
Mike
I use the Showgardseconds place as well. Awesome buy for the price.
Cheers

I've always used Hawid black mounts (strips which I cut to size) primarily because that's what I started using for no particular reason (but I do like these mounts). Would switching to the less expensive Showguard seconds cause a notable "difference" in how the album pages looked?
Probably not as long as you stay with the black mounts. I started with Hawid clear mounts primarily because they were a bit cheaper than Showgard or Scott. Than they got hard to find. So, I switched to Showgard clear.
I kind of like the Showgard mount because it is like a hinge that you can lift up to see the album page and read the catalogue number on my Scott pages. Black Showgard mounts will let you see the catalogue number.
This is strictly for your edification only.....
Back in my dealer days, I has several customers who purchased the larger sizes of the Showgard and/or Scott (Prinz) mounts. What they told me they did was cut them in half to make them Hawid mounts (which is what a Hawd mount is, half of a Showgard mount). This doubled the amount of mounts that they would get and saved them money.
For example, purchase a size 50 (probably a 52 would be better due to the cutting) containing 15 strips, cut it in half and have 30 strips of what could be used as a size 25, which comes in a pack of 22 for the same price.
I found a nice cheap website to purchase stamp mounts.Thought I'd share it with my SOR friends.http://www.globalstamps.com/
There cheap and ship fast. They also ship free on orders over $25 which was easy for me to do.
