Definitely resembles other PRC souvenir sheets, and looks to be a painting of one of their famous gardens. However, without a denomination it is puzzling. Help is really appreciated.

This type of sheets are considered as "Poster Stamp" without postal value but it is nice collectable. Sometimes they have a good value in Auctions as this:

You will also find these called commemorative sheets. They are nice collectibles unto themselves, I think. They will generally run 2 or 3 dollars each.
