I found this UAR stamp which I thought might be a revenue stamp but it has something stamped on it "?? EXPRESS OF CAIRO"
Does anyone have any information as to what this is or what the overprint is or refers to?

Fiscal Tax revenue stamp, from United Arab Republic - Egypt. The revenue cancel is "American Express of Cairo".
