I see that Austria is issuing a breast cancer stamp similar in design to the US stamp. If anyone can get these used on cover, I would like to get a couple postally used, either domestically or internationally. Thank you. See: http://www.stampnews.com/stamps/stamps_2011/stamp_1315924013_208231.html

Are that come before three years?
I see on photo that it is written 2011 - isn't?

As I know for Slovakia, Jordan, Serbian Autonomy Kosovo and Macedonia - isn't?
