Depends if it is perf 12½ or perf 15.In my 1985 Barefoots it's listed under Rhodesia& Nyasaland £ 50-00 as perf 12½ and £35-00 as perf 15, 1897 .Prices quoted are for fine used copies. Sorry can't help with the perfin.

the perf matches the purple cancel date; it's not a perfin it's a dated cancel
