This coil - line stamp(s) are in a perfic MNH stamp. Can any one tell me about this Line Coil stamps?And the scott value?

Hi Jerry, yep, it's 1619. The other coil variety comes with no JLP, so it must be 1619. My 2001 Scott Specialized shows a MNH JLP at $1.50; my 2009 volume 1, which doesn't include values for specialized positions, matches up with other values, so I think $1.50 is probably spot on or close to it.
