Hi,
At the end of each listing there is For non denominated envelopes of same designs see xxxx.
For example for 2145a in my 2011 catalogue at the end of the listing it says(not certain for the 2009 catalogue)For non denominated envelopes of same designs see U204 - 211. The prices stated are for entire envelopes(cut squares are generally not collected). More information see the Postal Stationery section.
Jacques.
Thanks Jacques. I guess its time to get a new catalog. I know in the 2009 that some envelopes are referenced at the end of the stamp listing like you describe. I thought these ones would be in my catalog but couldn't find them. The 2012 will be out soon. I'll set them aside until I get a new catalog

I have some postal stationary cut squares from envelopes and can't find them in my 2009 Unitrade Canada. I have matched them with the corresponding stamp number and series. I thought they should have a number like U??? as other envelope. Am I looking in the wrong category for these or are they just not listed? Any help appreciated
