SOR member Alyn Lunt has contributed a nice little writeup for our articles sections. He walks us through an examination of the HMCS Bonaventure decommissioning event cover, demonstrating the wealth of information to be found in its markings. Check it out at:

re: HMCS Bonaventure

Dear Alyn,
Very informative, even to a non-cover collector like me- and to one also woefully ignorant of history. My wife would say that you, sir, are a real stamp collector-while I'm just an accumulator.

Of course she's right, but I'd never admit it!

Thanks for posting.
Dan C.

Thanks Dan, but my wife would call me an accumulator as well.

Cheers,

Alyn

"Accumulator ???" That would be one of the nicer things my wife could call me.
