I noticed this listing on eBay and after searching, cannot find any information about these stamps, nor does the seller have anything in his description that gives me a clue as to how to identify these stamps.

I had sent a message to the seller on how to identify these stamps and had a response.
Apparently in the 2011 Unitrade catalogue (which I expect to receive by the end of this month) they list these forgeries as untagged issues.

Does anyone have any information on Canada 2010 Permanent Stamp Forgeries?
