I have Revision 5.1, as far as I know it does everything it says it does.
I have had if for years I don't remember how much I paid for it and I have no idea what revision 5.22 is.

I do not use it much except for the mm gauge. I do not collect the early US. I use the Scott/Linn's for perforations..
