After going through 17 plastic tubs, I found two H. E. Harris Traveler albums, one complete and one with binder only, but no U. S. Liberty binders/albums which means they were in the 12 plastic tubs of albums that I sold a year and a half ago. Argh!
My wife keeps saying I need to make an inventory of what is in the tubs (or even better get rid of them) but I have been trying to go through my existing active stamp collections and make Excel lists for inventory purposes while the tubs will require a later day. To date I have 66,234 stamps cataloged! Yesterday I purchased 9 lots through a Robert Siegel auction to add 11 stamps for Great Britain and Newfoundland and 3 stamps from Hipstamp for Newfoundland and received 29 new stamps for Portugal and Papua New Guinea from eBay auctions for my International 1840-1963 collection. Plus I am waiting on delivery for a number of very nice Norway stamps from a Stamporama purchase and an invoice for a French semi-postal set from Stamporama. I am sensing a theme here, I can either work on inventorying what I have or look for new items. So far the search for new items is definitely winning my attention to my wife's dismay.

Thanks very much for looking. If the Harris Traveler album (no pages) is two post please hold onto it for a while. If I can't locate a Liberty album for a reasonable shipping price within a few weeks I'll get back to you. What is the thickness of the album? Thanks again!!
The Traveler binders are definitely not the same size as the US Liberty binders so that won't help. They are not nearly as nice as the vinyl covered US Liberty binders.
I did find four Scott Platinum Series binders with slip cases in red but no pages which were a mild suprise and one Scott Specialty series binder in green plus a German Democratic Republic (East Germany) partial collection on Steiner printed pages in two 3 ring binders that I had forgotten that I had so the search was not a total loss.

I'll do a saved search on E-Bay for the Harris Liberty United States Album. Sooner or later I'll get lucky! Again Jerrel, thanks for looking!!
I would just trim a little and put in a 3 ring binder - better all around.
I took Scott National was able to trim the left side and it fit in a We are Memory Keepers binder.

These Minkus pages are in a Vario G binder. I did trim a little on right to get these to not extend beyond edge.

You just need an adjustable hole punch to get the ring holes properly centered.
@Harvey, is it just the post that broke, as they can be purchased, or has it split the spine?

It's just the post that broke but there is so much duct tape on the album in so many places that you can only see about half the cover. But just in case I'll ask my local stamp dealer if he can find a post for me. Thanks for the help!!
I have one!

I've had four people offer to help!! I'll get back to one of you soon!!
This place is very helpful!
I looked around a little bit for you and found a website/store called ittybittystampcompany.com. They have four new, empty binders in stock at 20-23.00 each. Give that one a try. I'm definitely going back to shop a bit.

I'll wait until after the Christmas rush.
Hi Harvey! I buy old collections and I'm sure I have at least one going through the mid70's. Do you need more current coverage? Thom

Thanks for your help but I have a couple albums coming in the mail already. They are larger so I can transfer Canada to one and the US to the other. Both have 4 inch spines, so no more album bulge! They are coming from Canada which means quicker and easier, no offence to US shippers intended but it is quicker to stay "up here". Again, thanks to everyone who responded to this plea!!!
My United States Liberty Stamp Album badly needs to be replaced. I have no need of the pages, I will just transfer mine. It's the H. E. Harris album with the green Statue of Liberty on a blue background. They exist on E-Bay but shipping prices are huge because they have the pages as well to add to the weight. The wider the backside of the album the better since mine has a major case of "album bulge". Please send a personal message or an e-mail if you can help me out!
EDIT: The album fell on the floor and one of the two posts snapped! If I end up buying the replacement on E-Bay I'll let you know and maybe pass the pages on to someone.
