Looks to be dull rose to me.

I took out my SG stamp color key and compared it to the image. While dull rose is an OK match, rose lilac seems a little closer.

That is a good question. The rounded corners are odd. if they weren't issued imperf then someone had to have trimmed them off, but why?

Has the right watermark (Star), but these two stamps weren't issued imperf.
