I was reorganizing some pages in my Haiti collection and came across something that had escaped me for years. A major error (it seems) on the S/S C195.
The brown color is totally missing on the stamp at the right, as well as the inscription (in brown ) below it.

I have researched it and have so far seen no reference to such an error.
Has anyone seen it before, or seen any catalog reference to it. I just looked at my Scott catalog, and did a Google search.
Help please.
