Of the Postal Tax Stamps, Scott #RA2 from 1952. Here is the normal printing stamp and another with the sheet margin inside the perforation; can this be considered a variety? Or an shifted error?. Comments are welcome, thanks!

Thanks Ari. I don't think it's a specific problem plate issue. Yesterday a Brazilian friend told me it seems more like a misalignment. I'll keep asking around.
