



Not what you are looking for but a good way to determine color on flat printed stamps is to use a magnfier glass, bring the glass out of focus and look at the color, works real good! It's then easy to tell the browns from reds!

Does anyone have any US #271s and #282s 6c Garfields?
I need them for a research project I have started, with me chasing a way to quickly Identify these without have to check for the MINUTE color difference, Dull Brown VS Lake!
I need multiple copies of each stamp, so I find anything, I must have multiples to prove to Scott Catalog Company it is not just a flyspecked EFO...
Happy to buy/trade for these!
