i have these 3 stamps but i cannot find where to place them...
i am not finding a porto rico country and when i look in the usa section i don't see where they should go in my harris albums....
help

Probably under Puerto Rico (as it is in Scott albums) and not necessarily in strict alphabetical order e.g., in my Scott BB Puerto Rico comes before Portugal.

Additional Info.:
U.S. stamps used "Porto Rico" because, when the United States acquired the island after the Spanish-American War in 1898, they were overprinted with the legend "Porto Rico," which was a phonetic transcription of the Spanish of the time. Over time, it was adapted to the current spelling, "Puerto Rico," and the most recent stamps after the adaptation use the correct Spanish spelling.

No, it's number 211 with the "PORTO RICO" overprint, and number 216 it have overprint "PUERTO RICO."
