This block of 8, each stamp has a different cancel date. I'd like to see the rest of the pane of 100 stamps to try to figure out why the dates are as they are.

See scan, on the 2nd scan I've added the dates in black under the hand scribed dates.

My guess this would have been used as some sort of a precancel for some instrument of a document nature.
