I've never seen these marks before and don't know for sure what caused them.

United States of America, Scott Number 332, series 1908 - 1909, flat press printed

Condition: Space filler

I think Wash/Franklin stamps 1908 - 1921 are lots of fun! But you have to create your own system of identification which works best for you. I have my system which works for me.
