Recently Gil(stampbaby) sent me a message saying:
"Recently, one of my buyers received a prompt indicating "unable to accept payment" when attempting to use the PayPal link on the invoice I had sent him."
Over time we have had problems with PayPal not working. I have looked into it a little and didn't think there was much I could do as the problem seemed to be on the PayPal side. I'd like to try to dig into the issue a little more as it seems there are many members who are still experiencing problems.
If you receive an Invoice for stamps purchased here on StampoRama and you click on the PayPal button on the Invoice and you receive a message back from PayPal saying "unable to accept payment at the moment", could you please send me a message giving me the following information:
1. A screen shot of the actual message you received from Paypal
2. Are you using a VPN to connect to the internet?
3. If so, which VPN are you using and which country are you connected to and which county do you actually live in?
4. What computer platform are you using: Windows 11; Windows 10 etc; Apple Mac; Apple IOS phone or tablet; Android phone or tablet.
5. What browser are you using?
6. Any other information that you think would be helpful when digging into this issue.
This information will give me the basics that I needs to start to find trends that could help find a solution.
