I have not posted many approval books, but I have noticed that any sales usually occur withing the first couple of days. I currently have two books open with about 34% sales in each that occurred within a day of posting. I see no reason to keep books up for a prolonged period of time because the reality is that there will be very little future sales.
Has anyone also noted the lack of sales after the first few days?
