"T" is generally used to denote "Postage Due" and is usually applied at the receiving post office. I have only seen it on covers sent to other countries.
I believe this hollow T postmark was applied in Switzerland on underpaid items being sent abroad.
I've seen examples with marks like this on an item to Austria (with additional Austrian postage due stamps) and on an earlier one to the UK (with British "IS" 1d due handstamp).

I found this stamp in a lot purchased recently.

Is the surcharge "T" refers to tax stamp or other thing.
I looked at Yvert & Tellier catalogue but no find info.
Many thanks for your help
