My Y&T catalog states that before 1901 it was Reichspost, and starting in 1902 it became Deutches Reich. No indication on the day. However, there has been a reorganization of the system following a decision dated March 20, 1900.
Thank you!

The German stamps changed from "ReichsPost" to "Deutsches Reich" in 1902. Specifically, on April 1, 1902, stamps with the "Deutsches Reich" label were introduced, replacing those with the "Reichspost" label.

What year did German stamps change over from Reich Post to Deutsches Reich?
