That's all I could find. Scott's is E10.
China Express stamps were first issued in 1902 and continued until the 1940s. This particular stamp was used in Beijing.
Perhaps you could start with a general search by typing "Scott China stamp no. E10" into Google to research what you need while someone else can help you.
